Challenge
When we were approached with rebranding Park South, we faced the challenge of redefining the name and aesthetic to better align with the competitive landscape and the surrounding area in Seattle. The environmental graphics were outdated and worn, and the property was experiencing a decline in renters. It was evident that a fresh look was needed to complement the new renovations and attract a more engaged audience.
Solution
Focusing on the Seattle area and conducting thorough research to align the new identity for Grant, I developed a cohesive brand system, impactful environmental graphics, and a comprehensive signage package. By streamlining the name and aligning design elements with the vision, this work significantly enhanced the property's appeal, strengthened its connection with residents, and elevated its overall presence.
Brand Book & Logo
Grant's logo was inspired by the natural beauty of the outdoors, capturing both strength and refinement. The client wanted a design that conveyed a masculine identity while remaining clean, polished, and approachable. This balance was key in creating a logo that resonates with the brand's essence and appeals to its target audience.
Print Collateral
The scope of this rebrand expanded to include environmental graphics, including property maps, building signage, directional signage, and interior features. These elements were designed to enhance the overall experience, with the map of the property serving as a helpful tool for residents and guests to easily navigate the area.
